Items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. When your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation e-mail. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution. If an order is required sooner than the 2-3 weeks, please reach out to Angela at [email protected] to discuss if this is a possibility.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Customer must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address.
We are not held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
Deliveries are carried out through Canada Post, Monday through Friday. A flat-rate ground shipping charge of $10.00 will be added to order. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Please note, all products will have applicable provincial sales tax added at time of checkout.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
We do our best to describe and showcase each and every item in great detail. Please contact us if you have any questions before completing your purchase.
Because every one of our pieces is a wholly unique work of art, we do not offer refunds or returns on lapels that have been used or worn.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item(s) or issue a refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days after you have received your order. Proof of purchase is required. The product(s) shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels, brand new, without having used it or washed it. After 14 days, the sale is final.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages. If you decide to return using your own shipper, this will be done so at your own risks and costs.

Repayment of the customer is made subject to the receipt of the product(s) being returned and it’s excellent condition. Except as otherwise indicated by the customer, repayment will be made through the same means used to pay the order.
Repairs
Please contact Angela at [email protected] with a photo of the damage or cause of concern, to discuss further action. We will be happy to repair if considered reasonable damage on La La Lapels part and not seen as normal wear and tear or unsuitable storage of lapel. We will repair, free of charge within one year of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
